One person, in Manmad — Nashik district. I write the code, I answer the phone, and if something goes wrong the responsibility is mine too.
Hundreds of thousands of small businesses across Maharashtra — shops, clinics, salons, coaching classes, builders — run their daily trade on WhatsApp. A customer asks "what does it cost?" at 11 at night, and the answer arrives the next morning. By then they have gone somewhere else.
Software that solves this already exists. But almost all of it is in English — English sign-up, English settings, and an AI that talks to your customer in English or Hindi. So we started building products where Marathi is the default language — not bolted on afterwards, but there from day one.
We are small. That means no 24×7 call centre, and on a holiday a reply may come late. If you need a large vendor, this is not for you — and it feels right to say that upfront. But what is here is real: the person you speak to stays the same, and he answers.
A demo, a price, or just "will this work in my line of business?" — ask anything.
