Data Deletion Request

At DBA SCALE ("dbascale") you are in control of your data. You may request deletion of the personal data we hold about you across our products — boliqAI, SocietyAI, and Arthabodh — at any time.
How to request deletion:
- Send an email to support@dbascale.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Include the phone/WhatsApp number or email address associated with your use of the Service, so we can locate your data.
- We will verify the request and delete your personal data within 30 days, and confirm once it is done.
What gets deleted
Upon a verified request, we delete the personal information associated with you, including contact details and stored conversation history, from our active systems. Some information may be retained only where required by law (for example, tax or accounting records), and will be deleted once that requirement ends.

This page is available in English, Marathi and Hindi. All three say the same thing. If a difference ever appears between the versions, the English version applies.
