This Privacy Policy explains how DBA SCALE ("dbascale", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website dbascale.com and our products, including boliqAI, SocietyAI, and Arthabodh (collectively, the "Services").

Who we are. DBA SCALE is a sole-proprietorship registered as a Micro enterprise under the Government of India (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-MH-23-0423848), based in Nashik, Maharashtra, India. For any privacy question, contact us at support@dbascale.com.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide — such as your name, business name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and any details you enter when you sign up, request a demo, or contact us.
Messages & conversations — when you interact with an AI assistant (for example, boliqAI over WhatsApp), we process the messages exchanged in order to generate and deliver replies.
Usage & device data — basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected to keep the Services secure and working.

2. How we use your information

To provide, operate, and improve the Services;
To respond to enquiries, provide customer support, and set up your account;
To generate AI responses to your messages;
To protect the Services against fraud, abuse, and security threats;
To comply with applicable laws.

3. WhatsApp & third-party services

boliqAI operates on the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. When you message a boliqAI-powered number, your interaction is also subject to Meta's and WhatsApp's terms and privacy policies. To deliver the Services we use trusted third-party providers, including:

Meta Platforms — WhatsApp Business messaging;
AI/LLM providers — to generate assistant responses;
Cloud hosting & email providers — to run our servers and handle email.

We share only the data needed for these providers to perform their function. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You may ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

5. Your rights & data deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@dbascale.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. To request deletion of your data, please see our Data Deletion instructions.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and secure credential storage — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and continuously improve our safeguards.

7. Children

The Services are intended for businesses and users aged 18 and above, and are not directed at children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

This page is available in English, Marathi and Hindi. All three say the same thing. If a difference ever appears between the versions, the English version applies.
