Service Delivery Policy

Nothing is shipped. DBA SCALE sells software delivered over the internet. There is no physical product, no courier, and no delivery address is ever needed.

1. What you receive

Our products — boliqAI and SocietyAI — are web-based services. On activation you receive access credentials and a link to your account panel by email, and where relevant, confirmation on WhatsApp.

2. When it is delivered

Free trial: access is set up during onboarding, usually within the same conversation.
Paid subscription: access is activated immediately on confirmation of payment, and in every case within 24 hours.
WhatsApp-connected setup: where a product must be connected to your own WhatsApp Business number, part of the setup depends on approvals from Meta. That step is outside our control and can take longer. We tell you the expected timeline before you pay.

3. Setup help

Setup assistance over a screen-share call is included at no extra charge. It normally takes about five minutes. If setup cannot be completed for a reason on our side, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Service area

We serve customers across India. Because the service is delivered online, there is no restriction by city or state.

5. If activation fails

If you have paid and do not have working access within 24 hours, contact us and we will either fix it or refund you in full. Email support@dbascale.com or call +91 82751 00533.

This page is available in English, Marathi and Hindi. All three say the same thing. If a difference ever appears between the versions, the English version applies.
