These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website dbascale.com and the products and services offered by DBA SCALE ("dbascale", "we", "us"), including boliqAI, SocietyAI, and Arthabodh (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

About us. DBA SCALE is a sole-proprietorship registered as a Micro enterprise under the Government of India (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-MH-23-0423848), based in Nashik, Maharashtra, India. Contact: support@dbascale.com.

1. The Services

dbascale provides AI-powered software products for businesses and individuals, including a WhatsApp-based AI assistant (boliqAI), a housing-society management assistant (SocietyAI), and a financial-guidance assistant (Arthabodh). Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping any account credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

break any applicable law or regulation;
send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful;
infringe the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual-property rights;
attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Services.

When using WhatsApp-based Services, you also agree to comply with Meta's and WhatsApp's Business messaging policies.

4. AI-generated content

The Services use artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI output may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it, and it should not be treated as professional, legal, or financial advice.

5. Trials, plans & payment

Some Services may be offered on a free trial or paid subscription basis. Pricing, trial length, and plan features will be communicated to you before you are charged. Any applicable fees, taxes, and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, and branding, are owned by DBA SCALE and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate and provide the Services to you.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DBA SCALE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are breached. You may stop using the Services at any time and request deletion of your data (see our Data Deletion page).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra.

This page is available in English, Marathi and Hindi. All three say the same thing. If a difference ever appears between the versions, the English version applies.
